1. Program description. Dykstra | Hamel ("we", "us") sends SMS/MMS text messages to individuals who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them. Messages may include project updates, account and billing notifications, replies to inquiries submitted through our website or phone system, and — where separately consented to — marketing and promotional offers.
2. How you opt in. You may opt in by (a) submitting a web form on our website that includes a clearly labeled consent checkbox for text messages, (b) providing your mobile number to our staff or automated phone agent by phone and agreeing to receive texts, or (c) texting us first. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your service activity; recurring marketing messages are limited to no more than 4 messages per month.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
5. Opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts from that program. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through any method above.

7. Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
8. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Notify us immediately if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.
9. Privacy. Information you provide is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes. We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
